Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Request made within 30 days of payment
• Account has not violated our Terms of Service
• Refund has not been previously granted for the same subscription period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your account email address
3. Optionally, provide a reason for the refund (this helps us improve)
4. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via our payment processor, Paddle. Processing time depends on your payment provider but typically takes 5-10 business days after we approve your request.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Payments older than 30 days from the date of purchase
• Enterprise custom contracts (subject to individual contract terms)
• Add-on services purchased separately from the main subscription
• Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions obtained through partnerships

Cancellation vs. Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time without requesting a refund. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to Pro features until that date.

If you cancel within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you may also request a refund for a full reimbursement.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. However, if you qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee, you will receive a full refund regardless of usage.

Free Trial Refunds

If you cancel during the free trial period (14 days for Pro plan), you will not be charged, and no refund is necessary.
